I would like to invite you to listen to my new album of meditative, yoga and sound healing music. I’ve been creating these songs over this past year as a process of exploration and discovery of my inward journey with Spirit. Seeking truth by listening inward. It has been a noisy year on many fronts but I’ve accepted that truth and peace is within myself. It does not come from anything or anywhere else. Becoming more aware of my experience has meant largely tuning out the noise, turning off notifications, and slowing my attention to be filled with nature, walking more, setting aside time time be outside leaving the phone behind, away from WiFi, and creating space to be present with myself. I’m very interested in the sound that comes from the present moment and awareness of the breath. For me sometimes peaceful listening and gratitude go hand in hand. For me it’s been a year of care for my self and my body more compassionately. Taking my health more seriously. Getting a massage, experiencing healing acupuncture. Practicing more yoga and mediation. Valuing my body. It’s been a blessing to be alive and be healthy, happy and in love. I hope that this music and sound healing is a blessing for you in your journey of discovery. I would like to encourage you to listen to this music with attention to what your body is telling you. It will give you signals as to what is going on in your spirit world. If there is pain, breath deep through it, and acknowledge. If there is bliss, ride the waves of joy and remember the sense of peace. We have an amazing capacity to sense and be in the moment with our experience. My prayer is to allow myself to embrace each moment, welcoming life as the blessed and sacred gift that it is.✨ Happy New Year. 🙏🏻💚
